Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  2. Once the product is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

Return & Exchange Policy:

  1. Returns and exchanges are applicable only for select products.
  2. Customers can request a return/exchange within 5 days of delivery.
  3. The return policy may vary depending on the product category.
  4. If reverse pickup is not available in your area, the product must be self-shipped to our address.
  5. Return/Exchange shipping charges may apply depending on the case.

Refund Policy:

  1. Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be initiated.
  2. Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  3. The amount will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit (if applicable).
  4. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Note for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • Original packaging, tags, and invoice must be intact.
  • Earrings and hygiene-sensitive items are non-returnable (for safety reasons).
  • Customized or personalized jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Requests raised after the return window will not be accepted.
